This year’s Cyber Monday online shopping event was the most social ever, according to social media management platform Spredfast. Conversation about #CyberMonday was up 75 percent on Twitter compared to last year. However, social media chatter about Cyber Monday is still lower than Black Friday.
According to Spredfast, the the top social campaign posts came from Motorola, EA and Starbucks. The brands mentioned most on Twitter include Amazon and Etsy.
