Facebook appears to be testing a new admin panel for pages’ messaging.
Reader Marco Alonso shared the screenshot below, in which features that resemble those found in customer-relationship-management interfaces are included, and tabs are in different location.
The current messaging admin panel is pictured in the bottom screenshot.
