Social game developer Zynga has announced its Q4 2014 financial results, reporting bookings of $182.4 million, up four percent quarter-over-quarter. The developer of Facebook and mobile games saw mobile bookings represent 60 percent of the total bookings for Q4 2014, up from 34 percent in Q4 2013.

The mobile audience growth was helped, in part, by the release of Looney Tunes Dash in December. The game has been downloaded more than 30 million times, with approximately 86 percent of players being new to Zynga games, according to the developer. Elsewhere, New Words with Friends launched in October, and grew monthly active users by 35 percent quarter-over-quarter.

As Zynga moves into 2015, the company has announced two new projects, slated for release this year. The first comes from its NaturalMotion studio, and is an action strategy title called Dawn of Titans.

In a recent earnings call, Zynga CEO, Don Mattrick, explained Dawn of Titans:

Dawn of Titans is set in a beautiful world where players have the opportunity to build and battle as they command armies of thousands, train titans and lead their alliance to victory. Leveraging their proprietary mobile technology and engine, the team was able to create unprecedented visuals as well as animation and a depth-of-gameplay that supersedes anything found today on mobile.

In the coming weeks, Dawn of Titans will enter geo-lock testing as Zynga prepares for an expected worldwide launch later this year.

The other announced title, FarmVille: Harvest Swap, will see Zynga expanding its catalog into the realm of match-three games. Mattrick says the game will offer a \"new connected rewards economy that will engage fans who play multiple games across the franchise.\"

Zynga has offered cross-game connectivity in the FarmVille franchise before, as users can send items between FarmVille 2 on the web, and FarmVille 2: Country Escape on mobile.

FarmVille: Harvest Swap entered geo-lock testing in Canada, Australia and the Philippines in December 2014, and will release as a cross-platform mobile and web game later this year. Check back soon for more.
