Jukely Updates Concert Subscription Service With Collectible Cards, More

Concert subscription platform Jukely has updated its iOS app, introducing a new experience points system and collectible cards to users.

With Jukely, users pay $25 per month to access tickets to concerts, festivals and other musical events, and can attend as many as one event per day for that subscription price. Jukely is available in 15 cities in the U.S., as well as London and Toronto.

With this experience points system, users are rewarded with points as they check in to shows. The app keeps track of the kinds of shows users attend, and users can earn more points faster by attending shows in new genres, or at new venues.

Jukely offers five experience point levels, with each level coming with a unique card containing 'original artwork' that users can collect and show off to others. Jukely will also release special cards for their warehouse shows, as well as surprise cards, over time. Users need to keep attending shows to maintain their current level.

In a statement, Tess Russell, head of product at Jukely, commented:

We already have power users-people who go out all the time and love discovering new music they've never heard before. The levels are a fun way to recognize that in our product and maybe even inspire a bit of friendly competition between members.

Our hope is that members can flip through their cards and remember all the fun times and new music they've discovered with Jukely.

The newest version of Jukely is available to download for free on the iTunes App Store. Jukely said its updated Android app will be released by the end of April.
